Great teams spread across the world with different experience across the whole of aviation

Cons

Disjointed and moving goal posts, the company has great visions but unfortunately the bigger picture isn’t clear and conveyed down through the business. Lack of HR and empathy towards employees makes it painful for both onboarding and off boarding of team members.
