Pros

I really enjoy having the opportunity to travel and see new places for work, its nice to have a change of scenery every so often. Its also super nice that we get a wfh day once a week. Management is also fantastic.

Cons

none, I love my job here. A lot is asked of you but I think it builds you both professionally and personally and if you want the opportunity to learn and grow your skills I think this is a great place to do that.

Pros

Great place to work if you are motivated, enjoy traveling, and like building relationships. Success in this role truly reflects the effort you put in, and hard work is recognized and rewarded. The position offers exciting travel opportunities across the United States and occasionally internationally, which keeps the work dynamic and engaging. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, with colleagues who are always willing to help. It is an environment where you can grow professionally while also building meaningful, long lasting friendships. It is a fast paced role, but for the right person, that makes it both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

Cons

Very fast paced environment which can be challenging for the wrong people.

Opportunity, and more Opportunity

Pros

This is a sales role, but TubeWriter gives you exposure into the full operations of a small business. It can be challenging to be pulled in different directions at times, from logistics to support. Nonetheless it is rewarding in the end to see how properly managed territories come full circle with repeat customers and referrals. A great place for those highly motivated, and with some aspirations of possibly owning their own business one day.

Cons

Prioritization can be hard at times. Leaving for the day with an inbox of zero is unlikely, but that also can't take focus away from the main goal of the week, pipeline outreach. The standard for communication is very high as well, which is great in the long-run. In the short-term though, getting to a point of consistently thinking 2-3 steps ahead, and being concise can be challenging.
