Pros

Pay check at end of month. If you like being in the same job for 15 years with no job progression.

Cons

Senior management do not uphold company vital values even though company states it is the most important initiative that they have to follow. Mangament promotion and progression is based on favouritism and discrimination is rife. HR are in league with managers and only serve to cover up serious violations of employment rights and transgressions of the companies vital values programme. Senior directors on the vital values monitoring team turn a blind eye to clear violations of the programme by senior managers and would rather force long term employees to leave the company than actually hold the vilolators to account. Existing Job titles and positions are ignored when so called " department reorganisations" take place and thease are used as a process for managers to put in place people who are there current favourites. No prior consultation is made with the people in the current job positions, they are just expected to accept it as long as there salary is not affected.

Pros

Cutting edge video and security technology with good chances to work in performance engineering.

Cons

Compensation could be better. Suffers from an US centric management which often fails to recognise contributions from satellite sites. Can be very political at times.

Pros

- Higher than average salary - Co-workers were really good and willing to help

Cons

- The trainings are really poor. - EMEA Technical Support Teams are clearly understaffed. - Management is trying to increase revenue by cutting expenses instead of improving the products. Most of the employees at my office are looking to change. - Lower management is over-controlling: you may receive warnings if some day you stay in the toilet more time than allowed. Productivity is a secondary factor. - No possibility of promotion and no career opportunities in IT.
