    Pretty good benefits, decent pay

    Cons

    Most of the cons have to do primarily with the branch where I worked. There was poor communication in the branch and everything was sales driven.

    Decent pay for the work, good benefits.

    Cons

    Almost no training after initial onboarding for new tools and procedures. Things really went downhill when we started processing deposit claims from the general public, when before we only took calls from other businesses. We had to deal with angry customers with zero customer service training.
