    Pros

    Good Pay for the position During covid, they really took care of us and gave us a 20% increase Our CEO is among the best in my opinion Easy to move up if you meet your goals and do what you are told

    Cons

    In Stores stay open later, until 6:30 pm... we are usually home by 7:30 pm. Can be hard to have a good work life balance if you have kids
