Doesn't have many.Has a recreational area which is seldom used by employees as they have a fear that their manager might see them.

Cons

Employees fired by giving just a phonecall that they need not come from the very next day.Management gives reasons that it is common in all companies to fire employees in the similar manner.This created a panic among employees. And Please don't trust other reviews as they are generally posted by HR teams.

- Management doesn't believe in grooming existing resources, Growth of existing employees , irrespective of any amount of efforts even with results is not appreciated - Not clear guideline, impatient with every line of business - Lot of negative environment on the floor - Frequent layoffs - Management thought not stable, innovation missing

Only 7-10 female out of 100 employees. So, you can understand how is this company treating women employees Strict 9 hours needs to be in the office Employees in office using abusive language and no one can raise questions to HR as THEY ARE INVOLVED TOO No Professionalism Hire and Fire policy (Fired employee within only 15 days of joining) No empathy Never join this company until and unless you are unemployed
