Salary can be good although there is a constant effort to chisel salaries and benefits

With such a broad mandate and terrible management, too ma. y employees get away with, or even advance through, self-serving behaviour including relentless backstabbing.

More direct interactions with lower level employees, initiate more trainings that are to-the-point especially in the areas of project management, and initiate a more transparent and more inclusive hiring process.
