    Salary can be good although there is a constant effort to chisel salaries and benefits

    With such a broad mandate and terrible management, too ma. y employees get away with, or even advance through, self-serving behaviour including relentless backstabbing.

    It is beyond management, the organization needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.

    It is a great place to work if you want to create a good social network with endless opportunities worldwide in a truly respectable institution.

    Cons

    It can be quite strict in its dealings with promotions and international transfers.

    Advice to Management

    More direct interactions with lower level employees, initiate more trainings that are to-the-point especially in the areas of project management, and initiate a more transparent and more inclusive hiring process.
