Pay is really good and paid out weekly. Co-workers are great people

No work life balance, management expects you to work after hours because they choose to.

The system by which expense are handled is smooth. Their IT guy is very helpful. Product is relevant in demand.

From the beginning pay was lower than it should have been. I had to fight for 116K which after one year was going to be 56K. Managing a 6 state territory would ordinarily be in the 125-150K range. Management never gave feedback and one day I was told that I "Just wasn't a fit." When only two days earlier I was told that I was doing well by two different managers. They laid me off with not a single dollar for severance. First company that has ever treated me this poorly. Don't fall for the "family owned" facade. If needed they will absolutely screw you over.
