I worked More than 2 years for this company and found manger behave like hitler. work culture is very bad and no one is their to listen employee voice. Manager is like who who drags down coworker morale with his horrific attitude. HR doesn't play any role on listening employee problem . spreadtrum india doesn't have policy where employee can groom their capabilities and can make long term plan. if by chance you do any mistake you life become hell and you have to stay lengthy night in office . and you will be harassed on everyday basis. when i left heardly 30 peoples was ther eincluding testing team. and every year iteration rate was 50%. Please take this review seriously.
