      OK place to find food

      Cons

      Super traditional (have to be punctual, being slightly late warrant you a lecture) Turn on video for every work call, each call may take up to 1 hour of talking/scolding, no time to do work. Department is just thriving with negativity and strict rules, enough said.

      Very toxic environmemt where the bosses purely protect the old birds and push all the blame to newcomer. The finance manager is also unable to make decision and hide behind the boss

      Toxic, archaic, and political. I dismissed the reviews until I joined—unprofessional and draining. Believe the warnings.

      Welfare, Leave Compensation, Benefits and Discounts

      Cons

      While the benefits and compensation are attractive, the work culture is severely toxic (varies by department). Negativity, poor communication, and unkind management create a draining environment. Perks can't make up for the lack of respect, empathy, and professionalism.
