Pros

You co-workers are awesome people who are in the mix of struggling to do right by the students and stay in compliance while management and corporate continue to cut every corner possible. Turn over is getting higher and higher as you co-workers realize there are better opportunities out there.

Cons

Were to begin? Corporate will step over a dollar to save a penny. Programs are understaffed with insufficient supplies to operate a class. They will cancel a class at the last minute screwing over the students and leaving the instructors with out work for the next 4-10 weeks. They cut your full time status down to part time when they feel like it. Any and all concerns regarding the students progress or over all experience go ignored. You are considered expendable as an instructor. They will hire you with no teaching experience and only give you two 4 hours days of shadowing another instructor before shoving you into a new class with no help once you get started. Policies change almost on a weekly basis with little to no notification. There is a back log for submitting student files to get them graduated and certified and management blames it on the instructor staff. Students have begun complaining and spreading the word of their horrible experience at the schools and corporate continues to make cut backs and refuse to address the issues. They are struggling so bad with getting the students completed they have to cancel the phlebotomy course for months with no real idea when they can start up again because they can not place their students. You are forced to endure state of the company meetings where they leadership spends over an hour patting themselves on the back and claim the instructors are the core of the company. All while planning on cutting hours once again.
