          Pros

Taking care of United States Military Veterans,

          Cons

The administration seems to take action without thought to clinical application, or effect on patients and/or employees. Pretty standard from bureaucrats running a bureaucracy for the sole sake of the bureaucracy itself.

          Advice to Management

Get down in the wards and the clinics, see what goes on, make decisions based off the needs of the veteran community instead of towing the line set by your superiors who have litle or no understanding of the work done here.
