    Good benefits and an on site chief.

    Cons

    No support or loyaties from upper management. Employed for 9 years, started as a night shift loader and moved up to spearheadding thier "over the road logisctics department". Due to Covid-19 division needed to restrutue. I was let go however, they kept the the guy that was there for only a year and a half with no transportation knowledge. I recently applied for a supervisers postion in their transportation department and was denied, didn't even get an interview. I feel the don't appericate strong thinking women.

    You are only a number here. Long hours with no set end time. Poor communication between management and employees. No loyalty to employees only the mighty dollar.

    In recent years company has become numbers focused at the expense of customer service and safety. This is a company wide culture that has been growing ever since the merger attempt with Sysco.
