    Received a wide variety of experiences in a short amount of time, paid for my graduate school.

    Cons

    Difficult to get promotions. People tend to stick around a long time.

    It's a great way to get an "in" for a government job Exposure to many different technologies

    Cons

    Slow paced work environment Difficult to learn at times because there is only one SWE and he is always busy
