I worked at USAA full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

USAA take as good a care for the staff as they do their members. I worked wiht USAA for almost 6 years and i've never felt so taken care of and supported anywhere else!

    Cons

Being in the London office, the numbers are limited and so progression through the senior ranks can be slow, but from a starting point - progression is fast and supported

  5. "USAA"

    I worked at USAA

    Pros

Its a great company to work for. The benefits are better than average while the pay is normal for the work (some companies pay more, but the benefits matching/health insurance/ and time off are worth it)

    Cons

You have to work. When you show up be ready to work and work hard. Each minute is monitored.

I worked at USAA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great benefits. Tuition reimbursement and on-site amenities.

    Cons

MSR's are constantly on the phones. It can be overwhelming. For being a military oriented company, they didn't offer military leave. But they might offer it now.

I worked at USAA full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good culture, great benefits, good pay, awesome mission, lots of PTO, room for growth, professional development opportunities, commitment to service

    Cons

Working as an entry-level rep on the phones can be trying and gets old, keep looking for your right job fit within the company if you are unhappy in your position

    Pros

The benefits and work like balance is amazing.

    Cons

It's a self proclaimed "people" company, which breeds bias. You have to stick up to get promoted.
