      Pros

      EdAssist education benefit - next to no questions asked, very few hoops to jump through. Managers are kind and if you show willingness to do your current job well, they will help you further your career by assigning special projects that grow your exposure.

      Cons

      Call center environment is challenging, and when trying to apply for another position it feels like non-USAA experience doesn't count.

      Pay is good, benefits, and holidays off

      Cons

      Micro managers, hard to promote, very little opportunities for growth, a lot of people can’t even get interviews outside of the call center environment. It’s about who you know.

      Pros

      USAA has amazing benefits including tuition assistance, great healthcare options, flex time and work from home opportunities

      Cons

      This position is in a call center environment and is focused on insurance sales. The members are typically friendly and patient, but it is still a demanding job with high sales expectations. You are on calls non stop, and there are penalties for being unavailable to take calls.
