The management team incl founders Neil and Andy are amazing to work with. Extremely supportive and fostered a welcoming 'bring your true self' to work attitude. SO many great employee offers. One of the best teams I've ever worked for and with, who are colleagues AND friends. SO many career development opportunities too. Only reason I left was that I was leaving for my home country due to covid.
Cons
One management staff was not very approachable when I was there. But the other great leadership hugely outweighed this.
