      Pros

      Great culture with smart, fun and friendly coworkers. Work from Home Wednesdays and Flex Hours. BBQ, Food, Snacks and drinks. Monthly company team building events. Great product and challenging work. Fast paced, open and collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Currently, the company is growing so fast that teams are maxed out in terms of work capacity. The company is in the middle of aggresively hiring more individuals to support this growth.

      Pros

      The people - nice, talented, collaborators, supportive, fun. The culture - open, accepting, inclusive, diverse, encouraging, and a blast! The work - we do interesting work at forefront of retail tech, we get to make things no one has ever made before, and there is support to try new things, fail, try again, and get out of our comfort zone in a supported way.

      Cons

      It's a startup, so sometimes things get a little messy as we grow, but it's to be expected.
