      Pros

      Full of dedicated hard working people - what can be achieved together is quite something. Decisions and delivery are made at pace. Great things happen quickly. We have a great product that customers love in a segment that is performing well. The company is doing well and is growing. It's always good to be involved during this part of the growth phase. Direct access to Leadership. They're available, respond quickly and there's always an opportunity to learn. You'll definitely learn something new, often. It's a small place, there's not too many people stepping on each others toes. Great opportunities to progress your career and take on more responsibility.

      It's a small business, you'll spin lots of plates. Often asked to pick up new tasks at short notice, ideal for someone who likes a challenge.
