      Getting a salary every month

      Cons

      Poor pay Unrealistic targets and too many properties to manage. Poor management Friends of Director work within building blurring lines of what the business is and who’s managing it. Terrible High staff turnover

      decent place to work as a student

      -fun office environment, -the sales side is really social and a fun way to meet other students -absurdly good money for a student with the commission -really easy

      -you have to live in one of their houses to get the job -sometimes feel like a used car salesman

      Flexible hours - you can pick a lot of your shifts

      Cons

      Bad Pay. You are only able to work 45 minutes ever hour but have to wait around in those 15 minutes. So difficult to rack up a lot of money
