      Pros

      - Easy job. Nobody arrives before noon and everyone is done by 5pm. - No responsibilities, No accountability.

      Cons

      -The founders are con artists and flat out lie to investors, employees and business partners about product performance. - There is no long term direction for the company. They shifted focus multiple times making it impossible to get anything substantial done. -They pay significantly less than every other startup and offer less stock than most startups at their stage. - They force interns to write glowing reviews after their first week to bury real reviews by engineers that have been there and seen the deceit.

      Terrible Company - Avoid

      Pros

      Small company so can have more impact. Flexible work hours. Founders previously started a company successfully so they can pull in funding, funding should not be a massive issue.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Lots of people leaving. People in this company lack pragmatism. It's also disappointing that founders allow jerks to work there. Some, but not all, employees are jerks.

      Fun Experimental Projects, but Lacking Customers and Product

      - caring and smart employees - good work/life balance - lots of unstructured time to experiment with new technology

      Cons

      - false and dishonest mgmt (vastly overstated how much of a product they had working during the interview) - claim to value diversity and inclusion, but the actual composition of the team begs to differ - no customers - not much room for mentorship and growth - salaries for same level were all over the place - many smart people leaving by the time you get there -
