*I think some people think they are really high up in the sky, and ignore those below them, if you catch my drift. *Very understaffed, across all departments *Communication problems all across the company *I get paid marginally lower than people in the same role as me, doing the same work.

Great management, they get rid of the upper management who does a poor job and makes everyone's life harder than it needs to be. Great coworkers, all around a very nice place to work. The insurance is also fantastic

Honestly, they’ve hired some really great people. Growing globally, benefits are getting better, lots of opportunity for time off, summer half day Friday’s, flexibility and trust to do my job, and I actually love my boss.
