I worked at United Utilities as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice environment, great and interesting project on cultural change involving links, interviews and workshops with members of the company from several departments.

    Cons

Most of the work was office-based. I had to go to the company to interview employees but mostly I had to do research on my own and develop a report at home on how to address cultural change

    Advice to Management

Being more in contact with all employees and make them feel at ease and give them the opportunities of being involved in strategic decisional processes

I have been working at United Utilities full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is an ideal company to work in since it is improving day by day in terms of advancement of infrastructure and the numerous oppurtunities it creates for its employees will always help them to learn, grow and be strong in their area.

    Cons

Well you need to be on your toes in order to do things since in a growing environment you have to work hard and hard to share the success and participate in the growth.

    Advice to Management

Already they are doing a good thing
