I have been working at United Utilities full-time

    Pros

Opportunities to develop and progress is there for everyone Great diversity of jobs and each has its own benefits and rewards Diverse workforce from numerous regions in the north west, each has its own local traditions. Benefits for staff range hugely, shopping discounts, cycle 2 work scheme, pension and good sick pay should you ever need it. Staff mental well-being is monitored and a healthy work environment is promoted to get the best out of everyone. I get to work in and around the lake district, cant get any more awesome than that...

    Cons

Like every other industry money is limited but the opportunities to save and become more efficient are there.
