      Fantastic company to work for.

      Pros

Onsite convenience: 2 coffee shops, onsite gym, daycare for children, multiple onsite showers, beautiful green campus where many people jog, cash machine & multiple vendors/markets coming onsite. Great company and people to work with - there's always a charity fundraising going on bake sales etc. Working environment - strict on governance as most regulatory sectors however fantastic team that'll help you through it and are quite committed to getting things done.

      Cons

There really weren't any that I could think of. Working remotely used to be frowned upon - not sure if that's now changed with COVID. Salaries are a little less than other industries, but the benefits listed above could outway that.

      Pros

Opportunities to develop and progress is there for everyone Great diversity of jobs and each has its own benefits and rewards Diverse workforce from numerous regions in the north west, each has its own local traditions. Benefits for staff range hugely, shopping discounts, cycle 2 work scheme, pension and good sick pay should you ever need it. Staff mental well-being is monitored and a healthy work environment is promoted to get the best out of everyone. I get to work in and around the lake district, cant get any more awesome than that...

      Cons

Like every other industry money is limited but the opportunities to save and become more efficient are there.

      Pros

Good working environment, decent reward system and holidays, the work itself can be very rewarding

      Cons

Senior and middle management are mostly fresh faced out of university and don’t have a clue what they are doing, and just cause utter turmoil, CEO and directors should be charged with theft
