*Technology, internal processes and tools staff need to use every day are outdated and leadership is delinquent in understanding or valuing its importance. *Pay is way below industry standards and benefits dwindle year after year. *Lack of leadership and big picture thinking at the top for years on end created a culture of inconsistent policies, departmental silos, and a business unable to meet the challenges of the current retail climate.

The management has been there forever, so things never really change. No upward mobility, they don't listen to any new ideas, won't try anything new, don't think outside of the box. There are zero raises, benefits are ok.
