    It was nicely academic. It has a very good reputation.

    Cons

    A really terrible library service! Why it has such a good reputation is beyond me!

    Stop paying yourselves so much.

    Pros

    Located in the centre of the city, with many opportunities to work on. A variety of departments is provided with people with lots of skills in each domain.

    Cons

    Working in such an environment although it is a great experience is very stressful. There is a lot of competition and all the programmes are intensive

    Pros

    Many nice academic colleagues.

    Cons

    The management is getting worse: too many micro-management. The work load including teaching, marking and administrative role is quite high. Get promoted is difficult.
