I have been working at University College London full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    > Centrally located.
    > Excellent facilities, training, and access to the most brilliant mind in the world.
    > Excellent library access.

    Cons

    > Not much teaching opportunity for PhD student, if they exist, it is a relatively low-paid job.
    > Overstressed and overworked supervisors, always being pressured to bring in more funding to the department.
    > No opportunity to voice our concern about supervisors.

    Advice to Management

Please look after the wellbeing of your PhD students too, don't just focus on your undergraduates.
Please offer more stability for post-docs and research staffs, so they can focus on their current research and supervising the students well.
