Open, smart people. Good work-life balance (after 5 o' clock most departments are empty) and organisation is non-hierarchical. Good possibilities to grow inside organisation or across departments

Quite bureaucratic and inefficient. Departments and people are not valued well on their real contribution as in commercial organisations, and thus people are not encouraged to work harder and be innovative.
