    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at University of Birmingham as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, with challenging and engaging work with undergraduates and faculty.
Interesting topics to cover and good lab infrastructure.
    Good pay rate.

    Cons

There is not a guarantee of employment, as it depends on the modules being offered in a particular term.
Sometimes the modules take more time to prepare than anticipated.

    Advice to Management

The way that contracts and payments are managed could be very much improved, as it seems to change every term, and that creates anxiety and confusion amongst PGTAs.
