    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at University of Birmingham full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good holidays, better than most employers

    Cons

    Awful, nepotistic environment
Promotions and secret jobs given to friends of management
Spurious reasons for lack of well-deserved pay rewards
A desire to keep even the best workers at a low grade
Laziness amongst higher-paid staff whilst lower-paid staff do work of three people
    Disorganised

    Advice to Management

Get rid of cretinous, venomous "friends" at the top and overhaul entirely with more deserving people
Value your excellent grade 500 staff. They are usually more intelligent and able than you think
