    Pros

Good pay and a respectful and inclusive environment to work in. Accessible and they have a lot of opportunities if you need to work during your studies.

    Cons

A lot of requirements and requirements when posting jobs, even if the positions are basic or don't require a lot of skill. Hard to get an interview and because of the volume of applicants hard to actually get the job.
