    Nice environment. Very relaxed to work for them

    Inward looking they still think they are a polytechnic

    Get ridd of all the ppl who have not keep track of the developments on their field

    I have been working at University of Hertfordshire part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Very dedicated and friendly staff always willing to help

    Cons

    Hugely disorganised with no career path. Appointments are very little to do with dedication or talent and are all about expediency.

    Advice to Management

    nobody is falling for 'teaching excellence framework' - most people know that what it really means is - 'awarding the top brass, huge salaries and perks off the backs of crippling student debt'.

    it is a very positive and fun environment to work in . senior management is very interactive and keeps a healthy between newbies and established workers.

    Can be a bit hectic and chaotic at times.A lot of people dont often know exactly what to do and dont fulfil their role completely
