    senior management good
    salaries are competitive in that area
    provide with training
    a proper organisation structure HR etc
    good AL
    good sick pay

    Cons

    some lower managers unprofessional
    office politics
    gossipy
    nothing stays confidential
    some teams are like a childs play ground and bullies get away
