I worked at University of Hertfordshire full-time

    Pros

A nice place to work and many opportunities available if you want to progress within IT services at University of Hertfordhsire. Payment is above average in IT services.

    Cons

Not many cons as it is like other universities in regards with bonuses and the other benefits, so should not expect anything more than your salary.

    Advice to Management

Should have more connections to lower grades staff and should hear them, also engage them more in decision makings.
