    Great for communicating with other students get to enjoy many different events become first aid trainning,mental first aid trainning and trained to teach others how to cook

    you sometimes have too much fun

    I have been working at University of Leicester part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Flexible working hours, good pay, friendly staff, a big team in campus services but everyone is lovely.

    Cons

    There is not much room for career progression in the job. The shifts are late, 6-11pm.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work! I've really enjoyed my time here. Even the top management listen to you.

    Some residents can be a pain to deal with, but you get all the help necessary.

    Full of people who wouldn't last in a high pressure job.
