      Pros

The student jobs are flexible and better paying than any standard part time student job. The job is very much fitted around your schedule so you will always be able to put your uni studies first.

      Cons

As a student worker you are not respected at all. The jobs are very much riddled with favoritism. You will be quickest to be dropped if something goes wrong and you will not be trusted.
