I have been working at University of Lincoln part-time for less than a year

    Pros

There is a great spirit among staff, many perks including free wellbeing and sports activities, free flu vaccinations, brilliant working facilities. Upper and lower management communicate very well and very frequently.

    Cons

Students can have a poor impact on the work environment. Not the most efficient of organisations.

I have been working at University of Lincoln part-time for less than a year

    Pros

free nights out which saves money as a student. Quack is free and whatever event is on saturday nights. 10% of food as well which i guess helps sometimes.

    Cons

lots of favouritism if they like you, you will get shifts if they don't you won't. your likability will depend if you get good shifts or bad shifts. Everyone takes there job wayyyyy to serious especially for being students. not a great work environment but doable if you keep ur head down.
