    There is nothing to recommend working here

    Cons

    Bullying by Senior Managers, that wasn't taken seriously.
    Staff are homophobic/ transphobic.

    Advice to Management

    Janet Beer - look at your Directors and look at how they treat their staff and deal with those problems. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

    collaborations are highly encouraged and work well

    very long working hours and a culture driving incredibly hard work in particular within some new research group

    Better recognition of the heavy workload place upon PhD research students and streamline the monthly report system as it is very time consuming
