    It's a campus right in town of a cool, vibrant, welcoming city.

    Cons

    There is lots of administration and micromanagement that gets in the way of work. There is both a lack of support and an overburden of administration - which makes for a frustrating mix.

    Excellent colleagues, interesting students, academic freedom, flexibility, and autonomy as long as you keep up the research. Great city.

    Not always very well organised, some old buildings need replacing or refurb.
