    The atmosphere is unbeatable. It is hard to explain, but it is a family environment.

    Cons

    Pay is pretty low. Come here to learn, not to make money.

    Parking is the biggest con of working at UNC. If you are a commuter, your best option is that free bus pass.

    A good boss helps open up any bottlenecks - the department has many of these
