    Good hourly pay. Plenty of training opportunities. Enjoyable working environment. Great for diversifying skillset

    Cons

    Work only available during teaching semesters. Hours very variable.

    Accommodating employer, hours are low, low expectations

    Cons

    Zero progression opportunities for professional service staff even before coronavirus. Recruitment is based on time spent in role not competency or skill level, which has lead to a total lack of diversity. Reward and recognition scheme is a joke and also currently suspended
