    The wellbeing of staff is important. Our students are fantastic. Staff are committed to helping students.

    I hot desk, which I don't find conducive to working effectively.

    Wonderful students Lovely colleagues Good location - cheap to rent or buy, cheaper prices than other parts of the UK

    Cons

    Unfortunately, the university is turning towards 'jobs oriented' teaching Research not as valued as at other UK universities - no sabbaticals No History, Politics or English in its future
