Pros
Well paid from a student perspective. Work hours are flexible and the people are very nice and helpful. You are allowed to work very independently.
Cons
Claiming expenses can be a very time consuming process. Also sometimes your 'managers' are students and their organizational skills can vary.

- not all colleagues had the same level - not all teachers had the right preparation - sometimes too many tasks to do for this role - the change of contracts to fixed hours destroyed the teacher assistant role
