I worked at University of Warwick part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The hours are good, you can choose which shifts work best for you. They are neither too few nor overwhelming and are further relaxed during the exam period.

    Cons

A lot of time is spent dialling numbers and whilst the shift managers and supervisors do their best to keep morale high and people entertained dialling is inherently a bit dull. Though when you do have a conversation they are always very entertaining
