I have been working at University of Warwick full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've worked across many different departments during my time at University of Warwick - there is a vibrancy in the open plan, 150 person office more than one might expect. The jobs are interesting and varied, the management is excellent, and the environment is truly lovely.

    Cons

Aren't many cons I could think of. Salary, progression etc. isn't as high as I'd like, but it's the nature of the job.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing a great job!
