    Not enough work so you couldn't make much money but it isn't their fault.

    lack of support for colleagues, bad infrastructure for those without cars, very slow decision making.

    Good pay and reasonable hours.

    Cons

    A lot of time was wasted on pointless and irrelevant training programs. Many of the staff on estates had poor English skills and struggled to interact appropriately with students.

    Pros

    Good pay for what you are doing. Relaxed but still have a good product at the end.

    Cons

    Not much job progression and not many choice of hours with there being some very dry periods of work.
