    Neutral Outlook

I worked at University of Warwick full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Calm and friendly work environment, very helpful colleagues and line managers, amazing campus, cutting edge facilities and laboratories, the company and the managers fully support the employees to learn new skills.

    Cons

No benefits at all - no health insurance, car allowance, life insurance, share options and other types of benefits. The hiring process is a 'closed-circle'... the candidates have a higher possibility to get hired only if they have studied at the University of Warwick (i.e. have paid a lot of money), or if they have previous professional collaboration with them.
