    Pros

    The People that work are mostly students and very creative so it's fun to be around them

    Cons

    Management is very bad. Necessities like bags or till roll are often not available.

    The discount was amazing - 40% off and 25% off branded shoes

    Cons

    Poor management - favouritism from managers to sales assistants, would always stay later than we were supposed to, managers were rude at times

    Advice to Management

    Remember that sales assistants are people too, we have bad mental health days, treat people how you'd like to be treated

    Cons

    hard work for extremely minimal wage. Can be quite demanding if working in a very busy store. Sometimes organisation from management can be poor. No overtime available and they are strict with contracted hours
