I have been working at Urban Outfitters part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

My store has a great and friendly team. Flexible hours if you're a student/working part-time. The employee discount is generous - 40% off all clothes and own brand shoes / 25% off sale and designer shoes.

    Cons

The only negatives are the long hours - but that is normal for retail. Also the pay is only minimum wage for regular sales associates.

I have been working at Urban Outfitters part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Music around the store gives off really good atmosphere and some entertainment for when it’s slightly dull. Employee discount is good.

    Cons

Pay isn’t the best for the work you put in.

I worked at Urban Outfitters part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - good atmosphere among coworkers - good employee discount - don't have to wear their clothes so you don't end up spending your entire wage on uniform

    Cons

    - disorganised inventory - guilt trip you into taking extra shifts - high staff turnover, like 2 people leave/join every month

I worked at Urban Outfitters full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Great laid back family atmosphere with mostly down to earth colleagues (If tick the genuine UO look and vibe so very dependent on store) - Good employee discount -Flexible hours and holiday request ( depending on store) - Particularly flexible for P/T's

    Cons

    - POOR PAY..must be a team leader or head of department to get anything satisfactory - Management priorities around targets can be misguided - Happy to ask for favours with little or no favours in return

I worked at Urban Outfitters part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good community, GREAT employee discount. 60% off a few things a month, and 40% off any items overall at any time.

    Cons

My pay in Virginia was only 8/hr and the scheduling could sometimes be wonky. I was stuck in the store until almost 12am sometimes closing up if the manager was slow or the store was super messy. Honestly it was fine for a simple part time job though.
