      - Horrible Management Style - Poor communication - Everything revolves around not upsetting the owner - Owner changes his mind every day - One day something is great - next day it's stupid and owner is storming out of meeting because he can't control himself - Take advantage of customers - Poor morale - Lack of processes - Unstable product - No testing methodology wastes time

      Appreciation for works. Good Company To work and learn Friendly environment with guidance in every stage. Very good work environment , team work Based on your work performances good salary hike and yearly bonus. Nice Techincal knowledge like SQL,Excel,web technology are base skills. and work on AWS ,BI Tool,
