      Conducive work environment, friendly atmosphere, opportunity to learn easily and contribute based on your areas of interest. Great responsibility is placed upon every task

      Job functions not clearly defined, news on major product/business changes is communicated quite late, inconsistently and sometimes, not at all. Clarity in direction lacking. Mananagemet really poor, little understand and investment in company culture.
