      Pros

      Good benefits, people you work with are good people. Pay weekly.

      Cons

      Management is termination happy. Will fire anybody for absolutely anything. Pay is just ok. Dangerous work environment with homemade equipment and tools. Company is cheap when it comes to needed tools and equipment.

      Pros

      LeeBoy was an easy work environment with a fairly flexible, yet driven, culture. I worked with good, conscientious people that were family oriented.

      Cons

      Location was a bit of a commute for me (25 miles one way), but it was at least a pleasant drive most days.

      Great people below the senior management level. Good work ethic. Would do anything to make the business successful

      Cons

      Run by a president that has no experience in heavy equipment. He doesn't have a clue how to run his business. Not a leader.
