      Pros

      Validic has good technology and good people. The work life balance is good, office expectations are very casual. Strong marketing and brand awareness. Stong portfolio of clients. Enough coffee to drown Colombia and good beer in the fridge.

      Cons

      Just switched to another inexperienced CEO. Employees are leaving. Despite great marketing, client demand isn't there and numbers aren't being hit so employees aren't getting bonuses. Lack of communication where engineers aren't sure what they're working on or if they're on track. Overall low morale.

      There is coffee and beer for days, the unlimited pto is great, your coworkers are a passionate group of people

      Cons

      Leadership challenges at the higher levels of the organization, no real opportunity to advance in the company, lack of product leadership from within
