Bad management and no vision

Pros

Location of the office and big network of employees. Working atmosphere is nice among colleagues.

Cons

Poor management and no consistency in leadership. Every year the upper management releases a new strategy and new hierarchy system in the organization without really mapping if the previous model was successful. Every year the company has at least once co-operation negotiations where they cut people's wages, bonuses and fire few employees. This has become a part of the company strategy. No consistency in project management since project managers don't get training and there aren't any unified processes or requirements for project managers. Leaders aren't ambitious when it comes to projects. A lot of hierarchy within the company. No opportunities for personal growth. Company doesn't really value its empoyees, and that shows through in everyday practice and in the strategy level.
